Kejriwal greets nation on Vijayadashami


New Delhi, Oct 11 (IANS): Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Tuesday greeted the nation on Vijayadashami, also widely known as Dussehra.

"Greetings to everyone on Vijaya Dashami," Kejriwal tweeted.

Dussehra is a Hindu festival that celebrates the victory of good over evil. People burn effigies of Ravana across the country on Vijayadashami. According to mythology, Lord Rama killed demon king Ravana of Lanka on this day.
