German railway station evacuated over bomb threat


Berlin, Oct 11 (IANS): A railway station in Germany's Baden-Wurttemberg state on Tuesday was evacuated and blocked after a bomb threat, the police said.

Traffic was interrupted since 9.15 a.m. after the threat was reported, Xinhua news agency reported.

According to authorities, state and federal police were searching for explosives at the station.
