Sullia: Van-Bike Collision Leaves Two Dead near Aramboor

Sullia, Dec 31: The series of fatal accidents in the taluk continued even on Sunday December 30 as two bikers were killed in a road accident near Aramboor here.

The accident took place on Mysore-Mani state highway near Aramboor when a van collided with the mobike.  As a result Dinesh (27), son of Kudkuli Bommanna Gowda of Markanja and Suresh of Chembu village were killed on the spot.

Both Dinesh and Suresh were relatives.  Dinesh had recently purchased the bike and on Sunday both of them had come to the town from Markanja.  They were on their way back home when a van coming from the opposite direction collided with their bike on a steep curve at Aramboor.  The accident was such ghastly that both the rider and the pillion rider sustained injuries on their heads and died soon.

Sullia police have registered a case in this regard.
