Bengaluru, Oct 28: The city police, who have claimed success in the investigation of the recent murder of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh leader, Rudresh, arrested four persons on Thursday October 27. Rudresh had been hacked to death near commercial street here on Sunday October 16.
Police said that the role of an organization which nurses ideals that are opposed to rightist policies, and a political party in the murder has been established. The investigation will continue to find the brains which worked behind the murder plan, they said.
The arrested accused happen to be Muhammed Sadiq alias Muhammed Mazhar from J C Nagar here, Muhammed Mujeebulla alias Moula from R T Nagar, Wasim from Austin Town and Irfan from Govindpur in K G Halli. The police also have taken into possession the weapon used for this murder and a motor bike used for the attack.

It may be recalled that BJP and Hindu organizations had been putting pressure on the government to hasten the investigation process into this murder and nab the culprits, backed by threats of calling for protest.
