Singers are getting lot more importance: Jonita Gandhi

Mumbai, Nov 2 (IANS): Singer Jonita Gandhi, whose latest song "The breakup song" from "Ae Dil Hai Mushkil" is garnering positive response, feels nowadays singers are getting a lot more importance and visibility.

"People who are facing the cameras are going to get more attention and viewership. But as a singer I believe things are changing for the better and I think nowadays singers are getting a lot more importance and visibility," Jonita told IANS.

She also feels there is space for enough singers in Bollywood.

She said: "I agree with the fact that there are new singers coming up almost everyday, but it's not so bad. There is a lot of space for every singer here in Bollywood. The industry is giving break to new talent which is a welcome change."
