Parag Tyagi to be back as Brahmarakshas


Mumbai, Nov 3 (IANS): Actor Parag Tyagi will be back as the ferocious monster who wreaks havoc in the lives of newly-wed brides, in TV show "Brahmarakshas - Jaag Utha Shaitaan".

The Zee TV show narrates the story of Raina and Rishabh who go to Kamalpura to attend a wedding and in an encounter with the Brahmarakshas, end up losing someone dear to them. Then they decide to join forces so that they can take Brahmarakshas down. 

Parag, who will soon be seen sharing screen space with megastar Amitabh Bachchan in the third instalment of the popular crime-movie "Sarkar", is excited to be back on the show. 

"It ('Brahmarakshas') has always been very close to my heart. With the recent twists in the plot, I got a few weeks off from sitting in my vanity van to don all the elaborate make-up but now I'm back to the grind, loving it even more and realising how much I'd missed it.

"I look forward to a great response from the audience," Parag said in a statement. 

The show is soon going to witness the entry of a new lead opposite Krystle D'souza. Actor Karan Chhabra will be seen essaying role of Shivam. 

Karan is also looking forward to join the cast of the show, which also stars Aham Sharma, Rakshanda Khan and Kishwer Merchant.
