Mangalore, Jan 9: ‘Jaago Hindustani’ will be organized as part of Indian Tourism Day by Bharathi Tourism Development Cooperative Ltd (BTDCL) at Town Hall here on Thursday January 24, informed Konkodi Padmanabha, chairman at press conference here on Tuesday January 8.

He further said that ‘Swara Ninada sangeetha mancha’ from Kollapura will stage the programme. There are around 25 artistes in the team.

The main aim of the programme is to promote Indian Tourism Day as well as to inspire the spirit of patriotism among the citizens of India, he informed.

The government should provide financial support for those who are willing to visit tourists’ spots in Kashmir, Padmanabha added.
