Mumbai: Chinnara Bimba holds anniversary with colourful programmes

Mumbai, Nov 12: Chinnara Bimba organization celebrated their fourteenth anniversary sponsored by the directorate of Kannada and Culture, Government of Karnataka at Kurla east on Saturday morning November 12.

 

Former minister of Karnataka, Krishna J Palemar inaugurated the programme. Mumbai Borivli Lok Sabha MP Gopala C Shetty presided over the programme. Vastu expert Chandrashekar Guruji was the Chief guest. Bunts Sangha Mumbai's S M Shetty, education committee executive president Jayarama N Shetty, V K Group's executive president Karunakar M Shetty, Mogaveera bank's deputy executive president Suresh R Kanchan, Pestmortem company executive president J P Shetty were present.

Founder president Pooja Prakash Bhandary, chief convener Sathish Salian, Jayaprakash Shetty, Vijaya Kotian, Jagadish Rao, Seetharama Shetty, Sumithra Devadiga, Shobha Shetty, Geetha Herala were present on the dais.

Chinnara Bimba managing trustee Surendra Kumar Hegde welcomed and gave the keynote address.

Sponsors Ermal Harish Shetty and Nandikoor Jagadish Shetty were honored on the occasion. Talent competitions and cultural programme were held. Children participated in Bhajan competitions, group songs, instrumental music, Janapada music, dance and Yakshagana. Guests presented prizes to children of camps and competition winners.
