Mangaluru: Man leaves home with car - goes missing

Mangaluru, Nov 21: A man who left home with the stated purpose of hiring a car on November 16, has not come back. Wife of Wilson Tauro (34) residing at Bajjodi Premnagar near Nanthoor here, in a police complaint, stated that her husband had driven his Swift car away from home on November 16 to pick up a customer on hire basis and drop him off at the destination. She said that Wilson has neither returned home nor is he available for contact over phone since then.

A missing complaint stands registered at Kadri police station here about this incident, on the basis of the complaint filed by the wife of the driver. The complainant has stated that whenever a call is made to her husband's cellphone number, she has been receiving 'not reachable' message. She also stated that she had contacted various people including neighbours, relatives, and others in the hope of finding her husband, but has failed to get any clue about Wilson's current whereabouts.

Kadri police said that Wilson has wheatish complexion, his height is 5'7", with normal body build. He can converse in Kannada, Tulu, Hindi, and Konkani languages. Those having any information about him are requested to contact Kadri police station in the city.
