Udupi: Bhaskar Shetty murder - Rajeshwari's bail application adjourned again

Udupi, Nov 24: The bail application moved by Rajeshwari Shetty, prime accused in the case of murder of NRI entrepreneur, Bhaskar Shetty, which was adjourned earlier for different reasons twice, was adjourned again when it came up for hearing in the district and sessions court on Wednesday November 23.

The hearing had to be postponed as the court did not have a presiding officer. The case now stands posted to November 30.

Judge of the court, Shivashankar Amarannavar, has been transferred. In his place, Dharme Gowda, who was the judge of the CBI court, has been posted. He is yet to take over charge.
