Anupam Kher honoured to meet Mauritius PM

Mumbai, Nov 25 (IANS): Veteran actor Anupam Kher says he felt honoured to meet the Prime Minister of Mauritius Anerood Jugnauth.

Anupam on Friday tweeted a photograph of himself with Jugnauth and captioned it: "It was a pleasure and an honour to meet the Prime Minister of Mauritius Mr. Anerood Jugnauth during his visit to India."

On the acting front, Anupam will next be seen in "Toilet: Ek Prem Katha", which stars Akshay Kumar and Bhumi Pednekar.

The film, which is a love story with a satirical flavour, is directed by Shree Narayan Singh and is set to release worldwide on June 2, 2017.

"Toilet: Ek Prem Katha" will be produced by Aruna Bhatia, Plan C Studios and Abundantia, and presented by Viacom18 Motion Pictures and KariArj Entertainment. It will be the first time that Akshay will be in the same frame with the "Dum Laga Ke Haisha" fame star Bhumi for a movie.
