Mangalore: Two, Four-wheeler Rally on Jan 19

Mangalore, Jan 16: A two-wheeler and four-wheeler rally will be organized in the city on Saturday, Jan 19 by the Logan Karnataka Agencies.
 
This information was furnished at a press meet by renowned car rally specialist Moosa Sherif here on Tuesday, Jan 15.
 
Further according to him more than 30 participants would be taking part in the two and four-wheeler rallies which will be held separately.
 
The rally would be flagged off at the Karnataka Agencies premises near Kottara in the city at 1 pm with the total length to be covered in the rally would be 100 kms, he stated.
 
From farflung places like Bangalore, Chikmagalur, Coimbatore, Mysore and as well as from the city, rally drivers will be participating in the event informed Sherif.
 
The rally would be conducted under the criteria of time, speed and distance in Open and Novis categories.
 
The Rohan Kuloor Memorial Trophy will be presented to the winners, and the award distribution would be held at the Water Sports and Adventure Centre near Sultan Batheri in the city at 8 pm on the same day.
