Rio de Janeiro, Dec 19 (IANS): Corinthians and Paraguay international defender Fabian Balbuena is being pursued by Argentine football giants Boca Juniors, according to the 25-year-old's agent.
Renato Bittar told Paraguayan radio station ABC Cardinal that Boca have made two inquires for his client since October, reports Xinhua.
Balbuena joined Corinthians from Libertad in February and is contracted to the Brazilian club until 2019.
The centre-back made 41 appearances for Corinthians this year and scored two goals across all competitions.
He has been capped three times for Paraguay's national team since his international debut in 2015.
