Aurangabad (Maharashtra), Jan 23 (Zee News): Activists of Sambhaji Brigade and Shiv Sena allegedly indulged in a scuffle before the staging of play "Hey Ram Nathuram" at a theatre here, sources said on Sunday.
The drama was scheduled to be staged last night at a theatre here.
When the Sambhaji Brigade activists came to know that the play was going to be enacted, they entered the theatre opposing the drama, claiming that Nathuram Godse, who had assassinated Mahatma Gandhi, was glorified in it.
When they raised slogans against the play, a scuffle allegedly broke out in which nearly five activists from both the outfits received minor injuries, sources said.
No complaint was filed by either side in connection with the incident, CIDCO police said.
