Bahrain, Feb 11: In a press release, Air India Express has stated that it will be increasing its frequency to Kerala region by adding three more flights a week thus making the connectivity to Kerala almost daily.

D Debesh, regional manager, Airindia Express said, 'Calicut which has been the most important destination is now connected six times a week from Bahrain except on Mondays on which day there is a service to Trivandrum. The commercial centre of Kerala, Cochin, is now connected by Airindia Express on a daily basis.'

The Airindia Express fares are the lowest compared to any other, starting from BD 35 exclusive of taxes, to Kerala. Besides the Kerala operations, Air India Express connects Mangalore with convenient departure and arrival timings thrice a week on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Mumbai, the commercial capital of India is also connected thrice a week on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. For Mumbai, the fares start from BD 30 onwards, the release stated.

With these, Airindia Express will increase its frequency from 10 flights to 13 flights.

The latest schedules and the fares applicable for travel can be availed by logging on to www.airindiaexpress.in, stated the release.

Appreciate any organizations in Kuwait who toiled (and are still doing their best) to start direct flight to Mangalore from Kuwait could update on this issue. After hearing about the hospitality provided by Air India, seems like people of Kuwait are no more interested in flying direct to Mangalore. Wonder which political hand is stopping this.

Air India is always famous for delay in flight time. Cancellation of flight etc. Please get the confidence of passengers to fly only in Air India. We love to fly in Air India. But we hate air India's negligent management.
