Riyadh: JF-Mitsubishi Cricket Tourney Finals on Feb 15

Riyadh, Feb 11: The final match of the Jam'iyyatul Falah (JF)-Mitsubishi Elevators Cricket Tournament-2008 will be held on Friday February 15.

The knockout tournament began on January 11, organized by Jam'iyyatul Falah Riyadh unit, a well-established social and educational organization.

The finals will be played between Bankal Sports Club and First Com at Sulai Cricket Ground (exit 16) from 7.30 am onwards.

Prize distribution ceremony will be held immediately after the match.

The tournament has been mainly sponsored by Mitsubishi Electric Saudi Ltd.

    Hats off to Daijiworld for covering this news of cricket tournament for the noble cause organized by Jami'yyat ul Falah Riyadh unit. I would like to meet many of Mangalorean and Indian brothers working in Riyadh on the ground on Friday and look forward to gain their support and copperation for the success of this organization who is supporting the needy masses back home by assisting in education, health , and personal assistance to the poor .

    I would be missing the cricket tournment. I was earlier staying and working in Riyadh and was the member of the Kanoo Cricket. I have enjoyed playing cricket in Riyadh and it was great fun. Good luck to all the participating team.
