Panaji, Feb 15: The annual youth festival 'VISTARA 2008' was celebrated with great enthusiasm and fun on 13th and 14th February at Panaji.
VISTARA which is being organised by the Goa College of Architecture is one of the biggest inter-college youth festivals in the state.
The two day festival had varied challenging and interesting competitions which included Rangoli with a theme of Rock band, Tirupathi Tapasya (Hair style competition), dance competition, fashion show, college flag contest and others.
The event was held at two different venues, Kala Academy and the Goa college of Architecture campus.
