Mangalore, Feb 20: 'Calibre 2008' a state-level paper presentation contest will be hosted by the department of business administration, Mangalore University at Yakshagana Kalamandira at the University premises here on Thursday February 21 at 9 am.
A press release stated that the contest has been organized by the management association of the University.
Ananth G Pai, executive director, Bharath Beedi Workd Pvt Ltd will be the chief guest and will inaugurate the event. The programme will be presided over by Dr K Sunder Naik, registrar of Mangalore University. He will also release a souvenir on the occasion.
The valedictory will be held on the same day at 6 pm. G R Venkatesh, deputy regional manager of The Hindu will be the guest of honour.
