Qatar, Feb 12: Mangalore Cultural Association will be stepping into its 10th year of existence in Qatar on March 27. From the very first year and every year after that MCA has given quality programs and throughout has kept up to its excellent skill of organizing.

This year MCA has decided to mark the Qatar’s National Sports Day and will be organizing the MCA Sports Day for the very first time, on Friday, February 17, 2017 at the Al - Jazeera Academy from 09:00 am to 05:00 pm. 

A full day of fun filled games for the entire family is the plan drawn by the executive committee of MCA.

All age group are wholeheartedly welcome to join in the fun, which will include tournaments, group games, track events and other sporting events for all age categories.

Games like Sack Race, Lemon & Spoon Race, Frog Race, Dog and the Bone, Relay, Track Race, Three Leg Race, One Leg Race, Dodge Ball, Throw Ball, Cricket, Tug of War and many other interesting games will be organized.

Sport is the greatest of unifiers and so the occasion of National Sports Day is the perfect opportunity for all to come together to truly become one. The occasion is an ideal opportunity for all to come together as ‘One Big Family’ to embrace a healthier, more active and most importantly a fun - filled lifestyle. 

MCA invites all Karnataka Based associations of Qatar affiliated to the Indian Cultural Centre under the aegis of Embassy of India, Doha-Qatar, and their members to participate in this Sports Day. Entry is free of cost. Lunch will served for all participants.
