Mysuru, Mar 12: It all started from a planned missed call. The businessman, who is in jewellery business, fell into a trap. He spent some intimate moments with two women and the moments were filmed. The women with their accomplices demanded money from the businessman later. But all the culprits ended up in police cells as the ‘victim’ complained to police instead of paying money.

T V Nissar from Kerala is the complainant. Heena (22) from Mysuru, Anita (32) from Virajpete, Yousuf (40) from Chikkamagaluru, Lathif (29) and Naushad (39) from Kerala and Rashid (32) from Bengaluru are the persons arrested.

Nisar and Naushad belonged to a same place in Kerala. Naushad collected information about Nisar and passed it to Heena with his mobile number. Heena gave Nisar a missed call. When Nisar phoned her , Heena said she called by mistake. But the conversation went on and Heena agreed to meet Nisar. She also said her friend Anitha would accompany her.

Two women met Nisar in a hotel in Mysuru amonth back and had intimate moments. When Anitha shared the moments with Nisar, Heena went out saying she received a call, but secretly filmed the act. Anitha did the same when Heena was with Nisar.

Naushad made a DVD of the intimate moments of Nisar with two women and sent it through courier to Nisar. Naushad also demanded Rs 1 crore to destroy the records. Nisar ultimately agreed to pay Rs 25 lacs.

When Yousuf and Lathif came near Hotel Nalapad here on March 9 to collect money from Nisar, there was a ‘money trap’ for them in response to their ‘honey trap’.
Police arrested them immdiately as Nisar had complained about the extortion.

Police later arrested other 4 persons connected to the crime.

Police commissioner Subramaneshwar Rao said that Naushad is a memeber of many organisations in Kerala and is facing some cases.

Police have registered a case and are investigating.
