Mumbai, Mar 18: The women's wing of Rajaka Sangha celebrated Women's Day along with an entertainment programme at Majestic Club House, Kanjoor Marg west on Sunday March 5.
Rajaka Sangha, women's wing executive president Sarojini Kunder, vice president Pramila Salian, secretary Preethi Salian, Rajaka Sangha Mumbai committee secretary Sumithra Palimar, librarian Sunitha Salian, regional committee executive president Vanitha Salian Dombivli, Hema Kunder Navi Mumbai, Hema Salian Vasai, Nalini Kunder western, Shanti Kunder Central and Mumbai women's wing former executive president Sumitra B Gujaran and Shubha D Gujaran were present.
Dr Vani Uchilkar explained how women should ensure that Tulu language and its culture do not turn extinct. Mumbai women's wing president, former president informed the significance of World Women's Day as they know.
Women's wing members conducted Arasina Kumkuma programme after Kunder informed the importance of Arasina Kumkuma.
Jayashree Kunder welcomed everyone. Sumitra Palimar compered the programme. Lalitha Salian proposed the vote of thanks. The programme concluded after the national anthem.
