Kuwait, Mar 9: “All religions speak about great virtues. However, apart from speaking about virtues giving extensive guidelines to implement these virtues as a solution to all human problems is specialty of Islam” asserted Dr. Zakir Naik during his address to distinguished audience recently in Kuwait .
He was speaking on the subject “ Islam the solution, not a problem to humankind” in a selected invitees gathering of 1500 from various faiths and nationalities at Granada Theater auditorium Abrq Khitan Kuwait . Program was arranged by Islam Presentation Committee in coordination with Indian Muslim Association (IMA) and Kerala Islamic Group (KIG) . This was his second lecture in Kuwait where only selected invitees were accommodated due to space constraint.
Dr. Zakir’s public lecture held in touristic park Jleeb Al Shyoukh, previous day with open invitation created a history in Kuwait as it was attended by approximately 18000 people.
Dr. Zakir Naik is a world famous speaker on comparative religion and known for his unique extempore ability to quote from various scriptures with reference numbers on various topics. After inception of his peace TV which is 24 hours edutainment channel available in 124 countries, his fame became manifold.
During his lecture Dr. Zakir Naik gave several logical proofs and scientific justification to prove that Quran is the only book available with originality and pristine purity among the series of divine scriptures. Hence he ascertained that implementation and practice of Quranic teachings is a solution to many human problems like poverty, adultery, exploitation and atrocities again fellow human beings.
He answered many challenging questions such as concept of God posed by the learned audience. To justify his answers he gave many instant quotations from various scriptures with reference numbers.
Khalid Al Saba , Director of the Dawa Affairs of Islam Presentation Committee participated as guest of honor and said that Islam Presentation Committee is promoting Kuwait culture among locals and expatriates alike . He further said that IPC is helping expatriate community to get proper information about various aspects of Kuwaiti culture in the native languages of expatriates.
Regional Manger of Peace TV Jamaan Al Zahrani, President of Indian Muslim Association Mohammed Aslam and President of Kerala Islamic Group Faisal Manjeri were present during the occasion.
Sharafuddin B.S event manager of Dr.Zakir Naik’s Lecture tour in Kuwait conducted the program and gave brief introduction of IPC, IMA and KIG which jointly organized this much appreciated edutainment event in Kuwait. Program started with recitation of Quran by Ibrahim Abdurraheem.
