Mangalore, Mar 11: Road show of Budweiser 6v6 cup was organized at Mahaveer Circle (Pumpwell) here on Monday March 10, to select players for 3 days Budweiser 'Live the Dream' 6-on-6 Tournament which will be held at Bangalore from Saturday March 15 to Monday March 17, said Anil Manjunath, head of marketing, Budweiser (India) here at a press conference held at Hotel Pentagon on Monday March 10.
 
The event is a 6-on-6 amateur football tournament that gives recreational players the opportunity to live out their dreams by taking part in an international competition at a world renowned venue, he added.

Terming opportunity the rarest opportunity, the marketing executive said the selection process allows one to have the pride of representing India. Hence, he urged everyone to make the optimum use of opportunity for their global exposure.
 
Detailing the selection procedure to the media persons query, Manjunath said players have to register their names either by filling the entry forms or logging onto www.livethedream.in. Registration closes on Sunday March 23, subsequently 24 teams from each state, Goa, Karnataka, Maharastra and Andhra Pradesh will be chosen by picking the lots.
 
Speaking about the facilities that a player would be entitled to, he said players will enjoy benefits such as round-trip airline tickets to the United Kingdom, first-class hotel accommodation overlooking old Trafford, access to Manchester united training facilities and exclusive tour of old Trafford.
