Mumbai, April 4: The Kannada Department of Mumbai University felicitated well known journalist Chandrashekar Palethady, in a programme it hosted at J P Nayak Bhavan, at the campus in Kalina, on Saturday, April 1.

Kusuma C Palethady, Deepa Palethady, master Roshan Palethady, assistant professor of Kannada Department and editor of Aptamitra Dr Poornima S Shetty, Jay C Salian, treasurer of felicitation committee Suresh Shetty Yeyyadi, joint treasurers Sridhar Uchil and Navin K Inna, Babu K Belchada were present on the dais.

Dr G N Upadhya welcomed the gathering. Students of Kannada Department sang the invocation. S Nalina Prasad and Jyothi N Shetty read a review of the autobiography.  Joint secretary of the felicitation committee Petemane Prakash Shetty compered the programme. Secretary Petri Vishwanath Shetty proposed the vote of thanks.
