Mangaluru: St Aloysius Gonzaga holds kindergarten graduation ceremony

Mangaluru, Apr 6: The kindergarten section of St Aloysius Gonzaga School celebrated the III graduation ceremony with great enthusiasm in Loyola Hall, on Friday, March 31.

Dr Supriya Hegde, professor of Psychiatry, Fr Muller Medical College was the chief guest. Fr Dionysius Vaz SJ, rector of St Aloysius Institutions and vice president of Mangalore Jesuit Educational Society presided over the function.

Parents and children shared their fond memories with the audience. The chief guest for the day Dr Supriya Hegde shared her views on good parenting.  The rector in his presidential address gave a short meaningful message asking parents to imbibe good behaviour in students which in turn would help them be better children.


    

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Fr Ivan Mendonca, manager of the school and academic principal Grace Noronha were the other dignitaries for the day.
 
Our graduates and the dignitaries were notably dressed in the convocation attire and marched with pride. The procession was led by the prospective leaders of the school.

The ceremony began with a hymn.

Dhaneshwari R Hagargi and  Sangeeta Sequeira compered the programme. Aparna Suresh welcomed the gathering. The ceremony was declared open by Fr Ivan Mendonca SJ the manager of St Aloysius Gonzaga School.

Little graduates walked to the dignitaries with their parents and were conferred the title by the rector. This was followed by the distribution of the diplomas. The students were given an inspiring and motivating message by the rector. The pledge was administered by the principal.
 
The dissolution of the ceremony was declared by Fr Ivan Mendonca SJ, vote of thanks was proposed by Sushrutha M P.

The ceremony concluded with the national anthem.
