Dammam, Apr 13: "The community which the architect of the Indian constitution belonged to and the Muslim community India’s largest minority is currently facing a severe situation in India.It is contrary to 'social justice' a core ideology of the Indian Constitution. As Ambedkar rightly pointed out, depressed communities cannot come forward unless they have a proper representation in political power. Knowing this, the minority, Dalits and backwards communities must come forward and form a new people’s movement. The forum, hopes that the Ambedkar Jayanthi on 14th April becomes the preamble for the AHINDA people's movement,"  said a communique by the Indian Social Forum, Karnataka State, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.

"The rapid increase in violence against Dalits, Dalit students and organisational killings, violence against Muslim youth, fake encounters indicates social injustice to depressed communities. The organisation killings are being carried out in universities to stop rising of another Ambedkar among Dalit students. The incident of Rohith Vemula is an example. In this situation, it is the need of the hour to form a people’s movement among Dalit and Muslim communities to establish a new political power.

"It is a good sign that a better environment is taking place in Karnataka. It is the responsibility of each Indian to fight for the establishment of social justice and equal rights to every person in India. Indian Social Forum hopes the birth anniversary of Ambedkar becomes a platform to raise such concern among the Indian citizens," it said.
