M'lore: Foundation Stone Laid to Yatimkhana by Khairiya Trust

Mangalore, Mar 20: Al-Haji Sayyid K S Aatakoya Tangal Kumbol laid the foundation stone on Thursday March 20, for the construction of Yatimkhana (orphanage) for community girls by Khairiya Trust, Permannur.



Yatimkhana, once completed would empower community girls with accommodation, religious and moral teaching, computer training, tailoring and other vocational studies.  It would be an ambitious project of Khairiya Trust, to provide modern facilities, libraries and prayer hall at Yatimkhana. 

S M Rasheed, chairman of Khairiya Trust, Imtiyaz G V, secretary and other office bearers along with philanthropist community brethren were present at the occasion.

    It is a good and wise project to support the under previlaged in Muslim community.I salute Khairiya Trust for their movement. I hope and wish many more institution like this will come up to provide accomodation to each and every orphan of every community.....
