Tel Aviv. Mar 22: Catholics from across the globe who are in Israel, a land where Jesus was born and lived, observe Good Friday in a special way.  On this day devotees walk the way in which, it is said Jesus had walked carrying his cross, before reaching Calvary.

This year the Indian community observed the Good Friday under the leadership of Fr Anil D’Souza, Mangalore diocese ICYM director and Fr Cyril D’Souza, director, Bandra East Community Centre, Mumbai.

More than 700 Indians participated in the Good Friday service.
