Dubai, May 4: Coastal Butlers, Al Qusais, Dubai recently relaunched its restaurant with a new team of Mangalurean chefs who serve a variety of South Indian, North Indian, Chinese and very special Mangalurean food. It is located at a prime location near the traffic signal junction of the Dubai Grand Hotel, Al Qusais.

Coastal Butlers is the only Mangalurean restaurant in UAE run by a Mangalurean couple.

Mangalurean cuisine, South Indian, North Indian and outdoor catering is the specialty there. Besides the usual cuisines, Coastal Butlers offers delicious Mangalurean delicacies like ’Kube Mutlim', 'Pothrade' 'Kori Rotti' and many more favourite Mangalurean dishes.

A home delivery team is in place to deliver hot food at home, within reasonable time.

If one may need something more cozier, they could have their party of 10 people in the confines of their sweet homes or a large gathering of 2000 guests, and Coastal Butlers is ready with the outdoor catering team equipped with full party amenities. Coastal butlers caters to many Church organizations and other associations around.


About Cyprian D'Souza

The promoter of Coastal Butlers Restaurant Cyprian D'Souza, hails from Miyar, Karkala and had humble beginnings. He has vast experience in the field of food and catering and over 18 years of experience in the hospitality trade, with good knowledge of food and beverages.

He started his career in the hotel industry in Mumbai. He then worked in Bahrain for eight years in a reputable 4-star hotel. He soon got an excellent career opportunity at the J W Marriott in Dubai but Cyprian opted to begin his own catering business.

Initially, he started a business with a small restaurant in Sharjah. He soon opened another outlet in Dubai. Coastal Butlers has completed many successful years and is ready for bigger challenges and is looking forward to serve their customers with greater efficiency and quality.

    Today i had lunch(fish Thali) there , tasted Idli(sanna) as the owner insisted, it was fabulous, i mean very soft . Nice & hardworking couple . I went with my friend who knew them

    all looks good,missing some managlorean items like fish curry with coconut milk, rice pathir, pinde (kadbu or unde), seme, uthapa,upama and klthappa etc...these are some traditional food of south kanara
