SP MLA Abu Azmi's trust takes over Zakir Naik's school

Mumbai, May 18 (Midday News): Samajwadi Party MLA Abu Asim Azmi has taken over the city-based Islamic International School (IIS), run by controversial preacher Zakir Naik's banned Islamic Research Foundation (IRF).

The controversy surrounding Naik had put a question mark over the fate of around 200 students studying in IIS. The school, which conducts classes from nursery to class X, was staring at a shutdown. Now, it will be run by Azmi's Niyaz Minority Education and Welfare Trust and will be renamed Avicenna International School.

    A good news from Mr. Abu Azmi that he is takes over (IIS). I was very much varied about the school.
    Dear Abu Azmi go ahead The Great Allah with you we also with you Allah will protect you and your family and your mission Insha Allah.
    I solute! Mr. Abu Azmi's efforts that he dare to stand against hidden enemies of our Great Country.

    Sangh parivar was planning before about 10 to 15 years to create atmosphere in such a way that Dr Zakir Naik be trapped and his mission be closed. They were feeling jelous of many non muslims finding correct way of life. These hate mongers got support and acted in full while bjp came to poswer in Center and were again went in full swing when bjp came to power in Maharashtra. It was a planned action to defame Dr Zakir Naik and his mission. BJP will never support practicing muslims and it supports only name sake muslims like MJ Akbar / Shanawaz / Muktar Ansari etc. who have sold themselves int he hand of BJP for money / seat. I appreciate timely action of Abu Azmi for taking over Dr. Zakir Naik school whereas bjp Govt was trying to close this school.
