India has no substance in Jadhav case: Pakistan

Islamabad, May 18 (IANS): New Delhi has no substance in the case of condemned alleged Indian spy Kulbhushan Jadhav, Pakistan said on Thursday, after the ICJ asked Islamabad not to hang him.

"As far as Pakistan is concerned, the (International Court of Justice) decision has not changed the status of Jadhav's case in any manner," Pakistan's Attorney General said in a statement.

The statement said Jadhav, sentenced to death for spying and for acts of terrorism, had ample time to petition for clemency. "We are determined to pursue this case to its logical end," it said.
