Mangaluru, May 19: This news may excite all Tulu film fans. According to inside sources, the much awaited Devdas Kapikad directorial Tulu film 'Arey Marler' has been scheduled to be released in August later this year. The film is said to be a comedy caper and a complete entertainer.

'Arey Marler' went on floors in February earlier this year. Posters of the film were an instant hit on social media. The background music for the film will be given by Manikanth Kadri. Mass Madha will be working on the stunts for 'Arey Marler'.

Along with direction, Devdas Kapikad has also written the story, screenplay, dialogues and also composed the music for the film. Bolli Movies has earlier produced 'Chandi Kori' and 'Barsa'. Sujith Nayak and Uday Ballal will handle the editing and cinematography.

Arjun Kapikad and Nishmitha B will play the lead role in the film. Nishmitha will make her debut in coastalwood with the film. Devdas Kapikad, Bhojraj Vamanjoor and Aravind Bolar will also be seen in the film.
