New Delhi, Jun 3 (IANS): It was a clear and sunny morning on Saturday in the national capital with the minimum temperature recorded at 28.7 degrees Celsius, two notches above the season's average.
The maximum temperature was likely to hover around 42 degrees Celsius.
"The sky would remain clear throughout the day," said an official from the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
The humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 48 per cent.
Friday's maximum temperature was 40 degrees, normal for this time of the year, while the minimum temperature was recorded at 26 degrees Celsius, a notch below the season's average.
