Mangalore: Rally on Apr 19 to Demand Tulu in Schools

Mangalore, Apr 19: Tulu Ther, a vehicle rally will be organised by Tulu Mithrer in association with Tulu Dharma Samshodhana Kendra here on Saturday April 19.

According to a press release the rally will be flagged off at the DC's office. It will pass through Kulur, Suratkal, Mulky, Padubidri, Ucchila, Kaup, Katpady, Udupi and Brahmavar.

The main aim of the rally is to demand high court bench in the city and autonomous status for Kasargod, Dakshina Kannada and Udupi districts, in addition to introduction of Tulu in primary schools and its inclusion in the eighth schedule of the constitution.
