Mangalore: St Aloysius College to Offer Six PG Courses

Mangalore, Apr 25: St Aloysius College, which recently became autonomous, will be starting six new post graduate courses from the academic year 2008-09, stated the release.

The courses offered are designed to meet the fast changing demands of students and to cater to the needs of today’s competitive world. Hence, the college has set up necessary infrastructure for these courses, the release stated.

The courses offered are MA in English literature and communication, MS communication, MA in applied economics, MCom in applied finance and accounting, MSc in holistic and psychological counselling and MSc in biochemistry. 

The aim of MS communication course is to train students in all streams of media both practically and theoretically. The holistic and psychological counselling course will deal with anxiety, stress, frustrations, conflicts, psychosomatic illness and strained interpersonal relationships, the release stated.
