Udupi, Apr 26: The students of Chitrakala Mandira School commemorated the birthday of eminent Kannada Idol, the late Dr Rajkumar by designing his sculpture on sand here at the Malpe Beach on Saturday, April 26.
Under the able guidance of the well known artiste K L Bhat, art students Raghavendra K Amin, Dhanraj Padubidri, Ramesh Hattihole and Shonitkumar worked here to design the sculpture of Dr Raj.
Thousands of visitors who came here to spend their weekend, watched the sculptures and appreciated the work done by the art students.
