Felt thrilled to see my dear Mr.Michal DSouza from Puttur in these photos, who has been my good friend since 1969! He looks the same cheerful Michal except for his bald plate! He has proved baldness is a sign of Prosperity!!! He is a generous philanthrophist and shuns publicity. For our Lions Special School,he has been donating liberally since the past 5 years.

In today's world you rarely find a gem of a human being like him.I had predicted of his success in the 70's and today he has proved me right!. Richly deserved success and a great inspiration and role model for all young Indians.May God Bless You dear Michal & family with good health, happiness and joy in your life always!      I was one of the attendees of KEL arranged investment on properties in UAE. Yes, it was good to know the procedure & how to go ahead to invest but many questions still remained un-answered clearly, with regard to taxes, transfers, ownership, citizenship, Visas, the hidden charges and terms & conditions. We got only information on how to go ahead, its profitability, easy & hassle free documentation and the ownership for a certain period of time but it was not clear whether it is our own property for ever or not. For me, investment in this part of the world is only commercial, so one can make profit and the talks were also directed in this direction. For me, If I buy a house for living purpose than I do not worry whether the value appreciates or depreciates. Again if you buy a property in any part of the world other than Middle East, we become the citizens of that country after certain period of time.

Again considering the food shortage around the Globe many countries may put the ban on food export. Some already did. Since nothing is growing in this part of the world, I am wondering how and on what cost one can live in the Middle East. Yes, one can make profit (or even Loss) by buying property here but surely it stops you leaving this place easily and hassle free if there is no food available. If renting, one can leave whenever he wants though he is losing some money, since we are not considered citizens however big the investment is. I am not saying anything to those who wants to make quick bucks and hope they will NOT lose in the process.
