Sultanpur, (U.P), Apr 30:
Imagine a three-year-old boy being booked under the Goondas Act in Uttar Pradesh ? Yes, this happened in Sultanpur when the zeal of the district police in the drive against criminals knew no bounds that even a tiny child was not spared after a FIR was filed against him.

Two policemen are facing the music following their action and were suspended today, four days after the incident.

The policemen including the Station House Officer of Haliapur were found prima facie guilty of registering the FIR against Mukesh, son of Chandrika Prasad of Pure Grammajre village on April 25, Superintendent of Police D C Mishra told PTI.

The suspension was ordered by the Superintendent of police .
