Dubai, May 1: Mangalore's top singers in Kannada, Hindi, Tulu, Konkani and Beary languages arrived for the Golden Oldies Melody Nite musical thriller on Friday May 2 at the Shaikh Rashid Auditorium of the Indian High School at 7 pm.

Renowned singer Ravindra Prabhu, Srikanth Kamath, A B Vittal (Babu) Anita Samson, Abbas Rajkumar and others have arrived with a huge reputation and the music lovers of Dubai are in for a rare musical treat. Musicians like Rajagopal, Rajendra, Kirthi and others also travelled on the same flight from Mangalore.

Billawa Balaga - Mahila Vibhaga Gen Secretary Roopa Sanil, Billawa Balaga president  Ashok Anchan, co-organiser Denzil Fernandes and others were in the airport to welcome the team.

The melody team is expected to render super hit songs of yesteryears. P B Srinivas, Dr Rajkumar, S P Balasubrmanyam, S Janaki and P Sushila fame Kannada and Tulu songs will be on the top of the list. Songs like Ekka Saka, Dingiri Mama, Pakkilu Mooji Onje Goodudu will be added attraction to the event.

Also Srikanth Kamath who is known for rendering Kishore Kumar hits in Mangalore will be entertaining the audience with Kishore Dada's superhit filmy songs.

The immortal voice of Rajkumar will come alive when Abbas, a singer of 'Rajkumar fame' will be rendering old hits of Dr Rajkumar from like movies from Ganddha Gudi, Nan Ninna Mareyalare and other famous movies

Dubai-based singer Asha Maben will join the Mangalore team of Golden Oldies.

Ocean Kids dance team will perform for some of the old hit songs to delight the audience.
