Dubai: Golden Oldies Melodies All Set to Recreate Yesteryears' Magic

Dubai, May 2: Golden Melody team from Mangalore comprising nine singers and musicians led by the 'Golden Voice of Coastal Belt' Ravindra Prabhu is all set for the big event to be staged on Friday May 2 at 7pm at Indian High School Auditorium, Karama.

According to the organizers Billawa Balaga - Mahila Vibaga (women's wing of Billawa Balaga Dubai), the response has been good for the show and many people are waiting eagerly to listen to superhit songs of yesteryears.

For the convienece of the people, tickets are also made available at the venue and can be purchased from 5 pm onwards.

The programme will start at 7 pm and include about 30 glorious melodies of Kannada, Tulu, Hindi and also Konkani and Beary languages.

Greatest ever hits like the songs from Tulu movie Koti Chennaya, Pagetha Puge, Bisathi Babu, Kannada hits like Gandhadu Gudi, Kaviratna Kalidasa, Bayalu Dhaari many other good old movies will delight the audience.

Organizers beleive that this is a rare opportunity to enjoy the melodies of yesteryears rendered by top class singers from Mangalore.

The team includes Ravindra Prabhu, A B Vittal, Anita Samson, Abbas Rajkumar, Srikant Kamath and local talent Asha Maben.

Well-known guitarist Rajgopal will lead the instruments along with Rajendra, Keerthi, Arun Carlo and others.
