Mumbai, May 4: Jaya C Suvarna, president of All India Billava Association, inaugurated the ‘Om-Shani-Om’ recitation unit, located at Billava Bhavan prayer hall, Santa Cruz (East), on Saturday May 3, by lighting the lamp.

Hundreds of devotees joined in the community Shani Pooja, in order to appease God from all evils.  Shashikala Nithyanand Kotian couple installed the Pooja vessels ahead of Shani Pooja, ahead of rituals.

Vice president Vasudev R Kotian, L V Amin, honorary chief secretary Nithyanand D Kotian, honorary chief treasurer Bhaskar V Bangera, women division executive president Jayanti V Ullal, honorary secretary Shashikala Kotian, cultural sub-committee executive president B Koosappa, honorary secretary C T Salian, Leelavati Jaya Suvarna, Mohini V Kotian, Pushpalatha Salian, M L Bangera, Jaya A Amin, Ramdas Kotian, R D Poojary, Devendra Bangera and others were present at the occasion.

‘Sri Shanishwar scripture recitation and pooja” was held by Sri Guru Narayan Yakshagana Troupe, at the same occasion.
