Ajman: Gulf Medical College Holds Convocation Ceremony

Ajman, UAE, May 6: His Highness Sheikh Humaid Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Member of the Supreme Council & Ruler of Ajman Awards Degree Certificates to Gulf Medical College Graduates during the Fourth Convocation 2008

His Highness Sheikh Humaid Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Member of Supreme Council & Ruler of Ajman, awarded degree certificates to the Fourth batch of medical and physiotherapy graduates of Gulf Medical College in the presence of H.E. Humaid Mohamed Obeid Al Qattami, Minister of Health on Monday, 5th May 2008, Mr. Thumbay Moideen, President of Gulf Medical College, Ajman conducted the convocation.

The Chief Guest presented the mementos to H.E Sheikh Mohammad Bin Saqr Al Qassimi, Director Ministry of Health, Sharjah, Dubai Health Authority & Medical Services, Mafraq Hospital, Iranian Hospital, Umm Al Quwain Hospital, Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Hospital, Al Dhaid Hospital, Al Qassimi Hospital, Health Authority Abu Dhabi, Rev. Dr. Thomas Kalam, Director St. Johns National Accademy of Health & Sciences, Bangalore – India & Dr. Vasantha Preetham, President of Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, Australia.





B. Ahmed Hajee Mohiudeen, Chairman of BA Group, India presented the Merit Certificates to various students. A host of dignitaries from the offices of His Highness the President of UAE, Ambassador of Greece, Consul General of Germany & Egypt, dignitaries from Health Authority - Abu Dhabi, Department of health and Medical Services-Dubai and various other ministries also graced the occasion.

Prof. Gita Ashok Raj, Dean, GMCA administered the oath to the 83 graduates from MBBS and BPT Degree Programs who were presented the Degree Certificates. The graduation certificate of Gulf Medical College attested by the Ministry of Higher Education, UAE is recognized globally.

The M.B.B.S & B.P.T program conducted by the college has received APPROVAL from the Ministry and it is also listed in the World Directory of Medical Schools by WHO and IMED under the Auspices of FAIMER. The college has already started a new Fellowship Program in Family Practice– GMC – RACGP* since February 2008.

GMC is glad to announce the new courses planned to start in September 2008 subject to approval from Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, The enquiry for the following programs Doctor of Dental Medicine-DMD*, Doctor of Pharmacy* - Pharm.D ,Master Program in Clinical Pathology (2 yrs), Master Program in Public Health and Primary Care (2 yrs), Master Program in Toxicology (2 yrs), Diploma in Public Health and Primary Care (1 yr) & Diploma in Toxicology (1 yr)  has already started .

Registration for 2009 batch is currently open with limited seats in MBBS and BPT degree programs.

    i have been told that in ajman there are false comapnys that are selling properties to people. i want to know if that is true be for i purchase a property
