Mumbai, May 9: A native of Udupi settled in metro, serving with Reliance Group was robbed of his valuables, on Thursday May 8 morning, in a movie style by some miscreants.
Nireeksha Salian (24) was robbed off all his valuables and belongings, including identity cards, credit cards and some cash, when he was on his way to domestic airport at Santa Cruz, to board Air Deccan flight to Mangalore, in an auto rickshaw by motor-cycle borne duos at 6.30 a m on Thursday.
The bewildered Salian managed to recover from the incidence to lodge the FIR with Ville Parle police station.
His parents had left to the native place few days ago, to attend an auspicious celebration there. They are the residents of New India Colony, located at Juhu Lane, Andheri (West), informed Nireeksha Salian and his neighbour Bhaskar Bangera, to this daijiworld correspondent.
Moreover, the determined Nireeksha Salian managed to board Kingfisher flight to Mangalore departing from 12.30 p m on Thursday, to be present for the family celebration without an alternative.
