Panaji, Aug 13(TOI): Curtorim MLA Aleixo Reginaldo Lourenco questioned the presence of CID personnel at his press conference on Saturday. As many as four CID personnel were present in the hall where he addressed the media over the Goa State Co-operative Bank controversy.
Lourenco termed it as "dictatorship" by the state government and cautioned that too much "dadagiri is not good for a democracy". As he started questioning their presence, two personnel beat a hasty retreat. These personnel were also present for the Sao Jose de Areal villagers' briefing and even recorded the entire proceeding on their mobile camera..
