Kenya dominate men's 1500m at World Championships


London, Aug 14 (IANS): Kenya showed their dominance in the men's 1500m as Elijah Motonei Manangoi and Timothy Cheruiyot recorded a one-two finish at the IAAF World Championships here.

Manangoi clocked 3 minutes 33.61 seconds, overshadowing his Kenyan compatriot by 0.38 seconds on Sunday night, reports Xinhua news agency.

Norway's Filip Ingebrigtsen bagged the bronze medal in 3:34.53.
