"INSTANT DEATH TO INSTANT TALAQ" - WHAT KIND OF MARXIST RESPONSE IS THIS?

Historic Victory for Muslim women as the Supreme Court Declares in 3/2 majority, TIPPLE Talq Unconstitutional on Shayara Bano's case because it was in breach of the Equality! One wonders what happened to the wisdom of 2 odd ones out, one Sikh Justice Khehar and other Muslim Justice Nazeer! It appears the minority appeasement in the name of politically correct secularism may not be in the best interest of the very communities as Mamata Banerjee remains silent and BJP minority Mr. Mkhhtar Abbas Naqvi commented there is no need to amend the Law at the level of the States most which are controlled by the BJP! Of course, BJP will use this in 2019 General Elections!
Further, ironically the BJP Chief Amit Shah has tried to score a few brownie points by claiming victory, but it has to be seen what steps BJP Ruled Govts take to make the triple talaq illegal. In the meantime, govt & NGOs must adopt a triple track strategy (i) informational strategy, i.e., dissemination of information about the pros & cons of the judgement at the grassroots level, (i) educational strategy to make people understand the esteem of the women in changing international, for example, even in many Muslim majority countries like Lybia, Iraq, Dubai, Lebanon, etc., no such Tripel Talq existed prior to the extremist takeover. Finally, the change of law is also important since the traditions do not allow people to change their behavior so easily.
