Udupi, Aug 31: A teenage girl was found hanging at her residence in a suspected case of suicide here at Kadabettu on Thursday, August 31.

The deceased has been identified as Gowri, daughter of Umesh Kamath. She was pursuing her SSLC.

The exact date of the girl’s suicide is not known as the body was spotted hanging in the room of her flat on Thursday.

The reason behind the extreme step is yet to be ascertained.
