Kasargod, Sep 1: An engineering student from here was killed, on Wednesday evening, August 30, in a bike and lorry collision at Pagwara, Punjab.
The deceased has been identified as P Nanda Kishore (20), from Pilikkod Kanangai. He was a third year engineering student of Lovely Professional University, Punjab.
Gravely injured, Kishore was admitted to the hospital, but died without responding to treatment.
Relatives have gone to Punjab on knowing of the incident. Family revealed that the body will be brought to town.
