Shivamogga: Five 'cow protectors' attacked by transporters, injured

Daijiworld Media Network – Shivamogga (RJP)

Shivamogga, Sep 11: A group of five ‘cow protectors’ were attacked by youths who were transporting cows in a vehicle at Huligenakoppa Cross near Shiralakoppa near here on Sunday, September 10.

Srikara, Ajit, Prabhath, Ganesh and Sudarshan are the injured persons.

It is said the ‘cow protectors’ were chasing the vehicle in which around 10 cows were being transported towards Haveri, in violation of norms. When they managed to stop the vehicle and asked questions, they were allegedly attacked by the youths who were transporting the cows.

The Shiralakoppa police have registered a case and are on the lookout for the attackers.

Additional superintendent of police Muthuraj visited the spot.

The injured persons have been admitted to the general hospital in Shikaripura for treatment.

The number of attackers is not known.

This Go Rakshasas should be legally punished under recent SC order demanding all state govts. to appoint law enforcers on district level to apprehend trouble makers who take up law in their own hands in the name of Hindutva, Beef politics etc.

These law breakers are the cause of mockery of every Indian living around the world.

They have also pushed India into dark stone age era too.

I have written in one of Daiji comments, that these so called cow protectors come in mass groups and beat the innocent 2 -3 workers and claim to be heroes. Let they come one to one basis, and see what will happen.

Good these cow protectors got the taste of their own medicine. Ask the beef sellers ( not cow meat) and they will tell, how many so called cow protectors are coming to their shop at the back door to buy beef. I feel, those who shout more, are the one who are more hypocrites and double standard.

We want to know, what is legal way of transporting cattle.

If you do not have enough money to give basic / decent education to your children please do not produce children. Do not create nuisance in the society.

People or family who owns cow and know how to take care of cattle, only they should be made official cow protectors (informers) and given good salary / commission by the Govt. only they should inform police dept. the correct news and in turn police dept. should take action against illegal cow transporters / butchers. Many jobless cow protectors work round the cloak to get free thotte and chicken biriyani . They are also nuisance to the society.

    @sri_elder,
Since the Modi govt came to power India became world’s largest beef supplier . In 2015 India was declared world’s top beef exporter and in 2016 it continued to retain its number position in beef export.
You have no problem with BEEF exports ? Do you ?
1.85 million tonnes of BEEF exported from India every year.
They need to slaughter approx. 70,00,000 cattle every year to export 1.85 million tonnes
That's whopping 19,000 cattle every day.
Domestic consumption of BEEF is on 25% of what is EXPORTED.
If beef is not available in the domestic market, we will get it from the export companies.
Do your "GAUTANKWADIS" have the guts to stop the exports?????

Taking the Law into the humans hands is blunder.

Once a group of people commit blunders over blunders for money or for groups wealth gain is condemnable.

The law enforcement are contineously acting as per the whims and fancies of the cow protectors which is also condemnable.

A GROUP CANNOT TAKE FOR GRANTED LIFE LONG COMMITTING BLUNDERS. THERE IS A LIMIT.

HENCE I SUGGEST AND PROPOSE A FORMIDABLE LOCAL FORCE TO COUNTER COW VIGILANTES.

BECAUSE THESE PEOPLE LISTEN TIT FOR TAT.

CONCLUSION I AM AGAINST ANY FORCE TAKING LAW IN TO THEIR HANDS.

ROBBING OF CATTLE IS ALSO A SIN.

SLAUGHTERING CATTLE FOR FOOD IS NOT AT ALL A SIN WHATSOEVER.
