New Delhi, Sep 15 (IANS): It was a sunny Friday morning here with the minimum temperature recorded at 27 degrees Celsius, two notches above the season's average, the weather office said.
According to the Met Office, the day is expected to be warm.
"Till noon the sky will remain partly cloudy. It is likely to be get more cloudy towards afternoon or evening," said an India Meteorological Department official.
The maximum temperature was likely to hover around 36 degrees Celsius. The humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 71 per cent, the Met said.
The maximum temperature on Thursday settled at 36.1 degrees Celsius, two notches above the season's average, while the minimum temperature was recorded at 27.5 degrees Celsius, three notches above the season's average.
